The Convent offers the perfect venue for a Hunter Valley wedding reception and wedding packages plus a dedicated Convent Wedding Coordinator to help you bring your wedding vision to life. We can create both traditional and modern weddings and have a range of upgrades and optional extras should you wish to add some additional special touches to your day.
ALL OUR RECEPTION PACKAGES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Our Wedding Coordinator to assist in the planning of your special day
- Complimentary access to the venue prior to the reception for the setup of any additional decorations
- Professional wait staff
- Printed menus for each table
- Room hire for the duration of your reception

ALFRESCO PACKAGE
Available for Dinner (Monday to Saturday) and Lunch (Friday to Sunday)
Minimum 25 guests, excluding children

• Three course seasonal menu served alternatively
• Beverages served on consumption
• Venue exclusivity fee will apply
EMERALD PACKAGE
Available for Lunch (Monday to Thursday)
Minimum 50 guests, excluding children

• Three course seasonal menu served alternatively
• Three-hour standard beverage package
• Complimentary three course lunch/dinner with wine tasting for two guests from our wedding menu
SAPPHIRE PACKAGE
Available for Dinner (Monday to Thursday)
Minimum 60 guests, excluding children
ALL STANDARD INCLUSIONS PLUS:
• Three course seasonal menu served alternatively
• Four-hour standard beverage package
• Complimentary three course lunch/dinner with wine tasting for two guests from our wedding menu
• nVenue exclusivity fee will apply
DIAMOND PACKAGE
Available for Lunch or Dinner (Friday to Sunday)
Minimum 80 guests, excluding children

• Five-hour standard beverage package
